This new little cutie is a new pattern by Courtney of Sister to Sister
It's in the set with the monkey I showed a couple of weeks ago. There's a giraffe in the set that is just as cute. The three patterns are available at YCMT. Courtney has another ebook availabe too that features a lady bug and a doggie-both cute for Valentine's Day. She's working on more animal patterns so stay tuned-I know my daughter requested a polar bear :)
This elephant pattern was just as easy to follow and sew as the monkey. The instructions were very clear. It's another great idea for a baby gift-although I've made this one for my 10 year old neice who loves elephants-she'll get a big kick out of it. I finally remembered to take a picture of it-I'll be giving it to her this weekend. Can't wait!
Have a great weekend!

Oh that is so cute!! That came out wonderful.
Oh, Dawn it is so cute! I love the way you did the different colors!
I hope your niece likes it!
Thank you for your sweet words! :)
OMG Courtney, that is just TOOO adorable. I love the fabrics you used. That makes me think that I might have to get this pattern now--so that I can make the animals in "non-traditional" colors and fabrics (you know, yours isn't a GREY elephant)for my granddaughter's nursery! Thanks for sharing what yours looks like!~Shelly~
Dawn, you did a fantastic job on that! I love the bright, bold, untraditional colors for the elephant. Way fun!
